HOW TO TAKE MEAUSREMENTS FOR CUSTOM CROWNS
REQUIRED MEASUREMENTS + HOW TO MEASURE
1. The circumference of your head
2. Temple to Temple around occipital bone (round part of head)
3. From hairline (front) to nape (back) of neck.
4. From ear to ear across the nape of the neck.
**5. Hairline from side burn/ edges to side burn/ edges across forehead. **(Required for frontals)
TURNAROUND TIME
Current turnaround is 10 Business days (2 weeks), Turnaround begins once we have received your completed order along with your hair, and measurements. This could be increased around the holidays
If you need your wig sooner please select the "Jump the line" option.
*All applicable Wig Services include the construction of the wig, bleached knots, customization, and styled silky straight or left in its natural state.
SENDING IN HAIR
IF YOU'RE SENDING HAIR TO IN AAW WIG & BEAUTY BAR TO HAVE A WIG MADE, PLEASE SHIP TO:

YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS TO SEND IN THE HAIR, after two weeks you will be
refunded and must replace your order.
JUMP THE LINE
Lace Closures wigs: 7 business days
Lace Frontal/Glue less lace frontal: 7 business days
Add 2 additional business day for custom hair color
Jump the Line Turnaround begins the next business day after we have your hair, measurements, and paid in full order.
RETURN POLICY
There are absolutely no refunds on custom units (cranial prosthetics) orders. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled unit orders after 24 hours. If you are unsatisfied with your unit after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information above to ensure you are ordering the correct unit and making sure you understand the turnaround time.

Shipping: $25 priority Shipping for all orders are 2-3 business days includes tracking, insurance, and adult signature required
International: $50 7-10 business days, includes tracking, insurance and adult signature required
